Love Lacy ships orders from the United States. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders are usually prepared within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate wellness products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@lovelacy.com with your order number and reason for the request.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
